Ptobin Concrete is a referral service. It does not employ crews and it does not post staff jobs. This page is for independent concrete businesses that want to receive homeowner requests for new driveways and patios in Lake St. Louis and the Lake St. Louis area.

Who fits the network

The network suits owner-run contractors and small companies that do their own scheduling and their own pours. Typical fits include:

• Driveway installation and replacement
• Patios, walkways and other concrete flatwork
• Stamped and decorative finishes
• Forming, grading and base preparation

New-construction style work is the focus. Requests for repair work and foundation work are not what this desk routes.

What is expected

Homeowners come to Ptobin Concrete wanting clear answers. Providers in the network are expected to:

• Hold the licensing and insurance required in Missouri and locally
• Reply to homeowner requests in a timely way
• Give written estimates with the scope spelled out
• Explain base, thickness, joints and finish in plain terms
• Treat every homeowner fairly, whether or not the job moves forward

You remain an independent business. You set your own prices, schedule and terms with the homeowner.

How to apply

• Your business name and the towns you serve
• The types of concrete work you take on
• Your licensing and insurance details
• Typical project sizes and your usual lead time
• A good way for the desk to reach you

A reply will follow with next steps. Sending an email does not guarantee a place in the network, and joining does not promise a set number of requests.
