Everyone who contacts Ptobin Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
You may contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have an issue with work at your home, begin by raising it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Be aware that Ptobin Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.
Email contact@ptobin.living with these details:
We aim to confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we reply with our findings and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
